COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATION AND PARTNERSHIP DISPUTES

Our law firm has extensive experience representing clients whose agency, partnership, or affiliate agreements entitling them to regular remuneration have been terminated prematurely.

These typically include commercial agency contracts, affiliate programs, and other partnership arrangements involving the payment of commissions to partners who have brought in new clients.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS:

  • We successfully represented several groups of commercial agents in disputes against international insurance companies where commissions were reduced or withheld despite their entitlement throughout the duration of the insurance contracts.
  • We are representing affiliate partners in a large-scale dispute concerning payments amounting to millions of euros, after their right to commissions from each transaction was denied and their contracts were terminated.
  • We are representing a group of real estate brokers whose commissions from concluded transactions were unlawfully reduced in breach of their partnership agreements, and part of their legitimate claims remain unpaid.

ENFORCEMENT AND DEBT RECOVERY

CORPORATE LAW AND M&A

Our law firm is a leading advisor in the field of corporate transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, demergers, reorganizations, the structuring of holding groups, and company formations.

  • Execution of a large-scale merger of a consortium of companies acquired by an investor on a turnkey basis — from comprehensive due diligence and preparation of an extensive merger project to its legal implementation and registration in the Commercial Register.
  • Execution of the first successfully completed demerger by spin-off under the amendment to Act No. 125/2008 Coll., dated 19 July 2024.
  • Successful completion of corporate acquisitions in the Czech Republic for clients from the Dominican Republic, carried out in cooperation with the Czech-Dominican Chamber of Commerce.
